The AGOT staff facilitate the work of the Board of Directors and the Association's governance committees.

Facilitates the maintenance of all aspects of the Association's governance processes, programs and structure including the facilitation of multiple governance priorities and directing work related to the day-to-day management of staff and operations for the Association's Board of Directors, leadership development and governance and discipline-related committees.

Facilitates the functions and operations of the governance operations team specifically ASHA’s nominations and elections process for ASHA’s Board of Directors (BOD and Leadership Development Program. Assists with the facilitation of activities for ex officio staff to appointed committees, board and councils. Coordinates efforts of the committee on committee appointment process and supports coordination of governance related committee meetings.
