About ASHA.org and Your Online Account
Registration and Login
Registering on ASHA.org allows ASHA members to access exclusive content. To create a username and password, you will need to provide a valid email address, your ASHA account number (included on the ASHA membership card and most correspondence from ASHA), and your last name. NSSLHA members should use their NSSLHA account number.
Your Email Address
With your email address, we can
- send you a password reminder if you forget your password;
- send you notifications for any content you subscribe to on ASHA’s website; and/or
- contact you for administrative purposes relating to your ASHA.org account and/or changes to ASHA’s web-based services.
ASHA will not share your email address with other companies. You may receive communications considered to be member benefits (such as e-newsletters) on an opt-out basis. All other communications will be strictly opt-in—you will receive only those you’ve subscribed to.
Your Password
To ensure your privacy, we do not keep passwords on file. To change your password or username, visit the Contact Information page in your account.
Password Reset
If you forget your password, you will need to reset it. After entering your email address, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset the password.
If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you are using a business email address, you can also check with your IT/technical support department to ensure emails from webmaster@asha.org are not being filtered out by your employer’s server. If no filters are in place, please contact us, and we will help you reset your password.
Your Account
Personal Information
Visit your My Account page to update your personal information, including the following:
- email address
- mailing address
- phone number
- other information about yourself (including your educational degree, employment, and license and credential information)
You can find your ASHA account number near the top of your My Account page.
Email and E-Newsletter Preferences
To manage your ASHA email preferences or e-newsletter subscriptions, visit your My Account page and select either “Manage Your ASHA Email Preferences” or “Manage Your ASHA E-newsletter Subscriptions” under “Manage Your Account.”

- Advocacy Action Alerts: Subscribe to email alerts from ASHA so you can take action when your advocacy can make a critical difference.
- ASHA Community Subscriptions: Subscribe to ASHA Discussion Groups and customize your updates.
- ASHAwire eTOCs and Alerts: Manage your preferences for ASHA’s scholarly journals, ASHA Special Interest Groups Perspectives, and The ASHA Leader by logging in with your ASHA.org email address and password.
ASHA Community Profile
To update your ASHA Community profile, visit your My Account page and select “Edit Your Profile” under “ASHA Community.”
Order Tracking
To track purchases made from our online store, visit your My Account page and select “View and Track Your ASHA Orders” under “ASHA Courses and Orders.”
ASHA Courses
To access your ASHA courses, visit the ASHA Learning Center by going to your My Account page and selecting “Access Your ASHA Courses” under “ASHA Courses and Orders.”
In the ASHA Learning Center, you may see some or all of the following tabs:
- My ASHA Courses: Access course content and completion certificates for courses you have purchased for yourself.
- Groups: Launch courses you have been given access to as part of a group purchase.
- Events: Report your participation in events (such as the ASHA Convention or online conferences) and access your session report/completion certificate.
- Admin: Manage courses you’ve purchased for a group.

We caption all of our YouTube videos and provide full transcripts of our podcasts. If you cannot access any of our web content for any reason, please let us know so that we can assist you.

You can use ASHA ProFind, a directory of more than 15,000 ASHA-certified audiologists and SLPs, to find a professional near you.
