Using ASHA CEU Participant Forms? Time to Transition!

March 31, 2023, is almost here! Beginning April 1, 2023, we will no longer be able to accept and process reporting containing bubble sheets/participant forms.
Historically, Providers have depended on bubble sheets/participant forms for the purposes of determining who wants to earn ASHA continuing education units (CEUs) and collecting their contact information. If your organization is still using these sheets, start planning your transition to other mechanisms now! It’s not too late to contact your Accounts Manager and schedule a time to chat—they can help you work through your specific context and challenges, and they can guide you to a solution that will work for your organization!
