Now that the CE Provider Portal is 2.5 years old, we’ve had the opportunity to iron out issues and make the experience as seamless as possible for all of our Continuing Education Administrators (CEAs). However, if you’ve ever been in the Portal and experienced the rare occasion in which something wasn’t working quite the way you expected it to, we know that it can be frustrating. This is especially the case if you are ever in the Portal outside of ASHA’s normal operating hours—early mornings, late nights, or on the weekends/holidays—and can’t immediately reach your Provider Manager or Accounts Manager for assistance.
To that end, we’ve recently updated the Troubleshooting section starting on page 18 of our ASHA CE Provider Portal User Guide. Now, if you’re ever encountering any oddities in the Portal, you can try some troubleshooting steps on your own. Following these updated steps may allow you to fix the problem quickly without needing to wait for an ASHA CE staff member to respond.
