ASHA’s Minority Faculty Search will cease service effective June 15, 2025.

Dear Colleagues,

Thank you for your continued support and use of the ASHA Minority Faculty Search over the years. We are grateful for the role you’ve played in helping to advance equity and representation in communication sciences and disorders.

We’re writing to let you know that this service will be discontinued as of June 15, 2025.

This decision was not made lightly. Due to recent executive orders surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs, we will cease offering this service because it would be unlawful to continue to do so.

While this service is ending, our commitment to supporting a diverse and inclusive academic and professional community remains strong. We will continue to explore new ways to advance this mission in ways that are sustainable and responsive to the current landscape.
