Advocating on ASHA's Annual Capitol Hill Day
ASHA members from across the country advocated for audiology and speech-language pathology during ASHA’s annual Capitol Hill Day on March 13, 2018, in Washington, D.C. They met with members of Congress to provide education about who audiologists and SLPs are and the work they do. They also advocated for support or opposition on various pieces of legislation.
