South Carolina Early Intervention Requirements for Practice

Master’s or doctorate degree

Certification/Licensure

State licensure is issued by South Carolina Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

Meet ASHA’s standards for Certificate of Clinical Competence. 

Additional Requirements

Orientation Module only, unless also providing auditory-verbal therapy.

*May provide all services except supervision while completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
