- Anthem – Virtual Visits [PDF]: A policy update was published, which adds additional details related to coding and site of service payments for virtual care.
- BCBS Alabama – Speech Generating Devices: An updated policy with additional coverage details, specifically clarification on speech generating device mount coverage was published.
- Blue Shield of California – Implantable Bone-Conduction and Bone Anchored Hearing Aids [PDF]: A policy update was published with changes to coding and coding descriptions. Some codes have been added and some have been removed.
- CareAllies (Cigna) – Speech Therapy [PDF]: A policy update was published with changes to administrative information and medical necessity criteria.
