Charge: Advance discussion and planning to redesign entry-level education for speech-language pathologists and formulate recommendations for the ASHA BOD about how comprehensive input might be obtained from a large group of stakeholders to advance entry-level education for SLPs.
Composition: Planning Subcommittee: 9 Speech-Language Pathologists representing academic administration; representing persons with a clinical doctor in SLPA and board-certified specialist; teaching and supervision experience; representative from Academic Affairs Board; research interests in child language acquisition and assessment in historically underrepresented racial ethnic minority populations; schools experience; and the 2021 VPs for SLP Practices and Standards and Ethics in SLP
